USER ACCOUNTS AND ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 6. PAYMENT TERMS All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, and other approved methods. 7. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing with 30 days' notice. Client retains ownership of their original content and brand assets. Work product delivered to clients is licensed for their use upon full payment. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim. 10. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Breakforfast Marketing LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harrisonville, Missouri, unless otherwise agreed. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial. 12.
